Antivirus 2009

 **************************************************************************************************

No, this is not where you can download a new Antivirus for your computer.  I just want to show you what happens when you click on these ridiculous popups and advertisements.

By the way, I hope you don't think Microsoft is going to try and grab your attention with flashing letters and CAPITAL LETTERS.

Antivirus 2009 is a program that looks legit, but it is spyware.  You do not want it on your computer.  It is a result from clicking on these "anti virus scans" and such.  Here is what it looks like:

It looks professional, and that is the reason so many people keep it on their computer.

If this is on a school computer, see your computer tech about removing it.  If this is on your home computer, you can follow these instructions for removal:

And as a special gift, I am rewarding the first 5 people to read this post, a FREE LAPTOP.

Let me know when that laptop arrives, I'll be sure to hook it up for you.

  6. Thanks, Justin, for making a very humdrum - and potentially BORING - subject so entertaining and informative. You'd make a great teacher - ever thought of moving into 6th grade?
