Look for the Application Explorer folder on your desktop, and open it.

Then, open the [All] folder

Then look for the Daily Announcements icon.

When you click on Daily Announcements, your announcements will open.

If you like, you can add a shortcut to your desktop to avoid the need of following this path each time. Just Right Click on the Daily Announcements icon, and select copy,

Then, Paste it on your Desktop.

Now you'll have a shortcut on your desktop that opens up the Daily Announcement!
