One way to get your students to visit your blog (and enjoy it) is to embed media - pictures, videos, games, music, slideshows - into your posts.
I'll show you some samples below on what you can embed that will captivate your students; but first, I'll show you a little tutorial on how to do it.

Oh I see, like a Google search, right? Yes, you will have to ask somebody to download this for you at home and bring it in to you maybe on a thumbdrive. If not, they can upload it straight to Webertube at their home.
