Admit it, you don't know what your kid is saying these days. It used to be slang such as "sick" (meaning awesome) or "dope" (meaning sweet(which means awesome(which means cool(which used to mean FAR OUT)))).

Now it's LOL (laughing out loud) or TTYL (talk to you later) - some of you wannabe hipsters are catching onto this strange new language sent by your kids through Text Messaging, Instant Messanging, and once in a while Email.  (Email is for old people)   - ROFL

 

So I thought I'd help you "cool adults" out with a big list of abbreviation translations, so you can study behind your kids' backs.
