VIDEO - N Drive Files - find and save them!

We've discussed this before, but I thought a video may be easier to understand if you watched how things happen.

This is almost a 7 minute video, I don't like them that long either, but that's how this one turned out.

For your convenience, I have the subject of finding your files near the first of the video if you run out of time.

If you are unfamiliar with this subject, here's a summary; Your whole school has access to the N Drive, even the students while in the PC Lab. This is easy for saving classwork, but the students can easily move other files around and unorganize your classwork. Many times, every week in some cases, files will go missing. This video shows you how to find them, and how to protect yourself from the panic by saving to your M drive.

IMPORTANT

  • Please share this information with your fellow teachers.

  • Your files will continue to move around, so the sooner you learn this, the better.

  • I cannot help you find your files if I am not at your school.

I'm sorry about the volume fluxuation on this video, I've got a very cheap microphone. :) Please leave your feedback, and if the volume is too quiet, I can increase it for you. Thanks.

  1. Thanks again for the info. I hadn't thought to save to the m drive after each computer session. Great idea.
